Legal and compliance are your responsibility
Merchants are solely responsible for holding every licence, registration and approval required to operate, and for complying with the gaming, anti-money-laundering, KYC, tax and payment laws of each jurisdiction they or their players are in. SSG does not give legal or compliance advice and is not responsible for any legal, regulatory or compliance issue arising from a merchant's business.
Operational and financial loss at your own risk
Use of payment channels is at the merchant's own risk. SSG is not liable for losses from channel downtime or changes, delays, chargebacks, complaints, account or fund freezes, exchange-rate movements, fraud or player disputes, nor for indirect or consequential loss such as lost revenue or profit, except where the law requires or a written agreement expressly says otherwise.
Third-party gateways
Payment channels are run by independent third-party providers with their own terms, limits, availability and risk controls, which can change without notice. SSG is not responsible for the acts, omissions or outages of those providers.
