Play safe. Stay in control.
Responsible Gambling.

Gambling should always be entertainment, never a way to make money or escape problems. Here is how we support safer play, and where to find help if you need it.

In short

  • Gambling should be fun. Only play with money you can afford to lose.
  • Our platforms give operators limits, reality checks and self-exclusion tools.
  • No one under 18 may gamble.

01

Our commitment

SSG Gaming is a business-to-business (B2B) technology provider. We do not offer gambling to the public. We build white label casino platforms, game integrations and payment solutions that licensed operators use to run their own sites.

We believe responsible gambling is part of building good products. That is why player protection is built into our platforms from the start, and why we expect every operator we work with to put the wellbeing of its players first.

02

Player protection tools

Our platforms give operators the tools to help their players stay in control, including:

01Deposit limits

Daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much a player can deposit.

02Loss and wager limits

Limits on how much a player can lose or stake over a set period.

03Reality checks

Session-time reminders that show how long a player has been playing.

04Take a break

Short cooling-off periods that pause an account for a chosen time.

05Self-exclusion

Longer-term exclusion, from months to permanently, at the player’s request.

06Activity history

Clear records of deposits, bets, wins and losses, so players can see their spending.

Operators configure these tools to meet the rules of their licence and market. Players should use them through their own operator account.

03

No gambling under 18

Gambling is for adults only. Our platforms support age and identity verification (KYC) at registration, and operators must block anyone under 18, or under the legal gambling age where they are, from opening an account or playing.

ParentsIf children can use your devices, consider parental-control software to block gambling sites, and keep account logins and payment details private.
04

Know the signs

Gambling may be becoming a problem if you or someone you know:

  • spends more money or time on gambling than intended;
  • chases losses, or borrows money to gamble;
  • feels anxious, irritable or low when not gambling;
  • hides gambling from family or friends;
  • neglects work, study or relationships because of gambling.

If any of these sound familiar, please take a break and reach out for support. Help is free and confidential.

Our expectations of operators

Operators who use SSG Gaming platforms must hold the licences their markets require and follow those licences’ responsible gambling rules, including age verification, player protection tools, fair and clear marketing, and help for players at risk.
