General information
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store and use personal information when you use our website at ssggaming.com, including its language versions, and what rights you have over that information. In this policy, “SSG Gaming”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean SSG Gaming, the operator of this website.
SSG Gaming is a business-to-business (B2B) provider of iGaming technology: white label casino platforms, game APIs, payment solutions and marketing services for operators. This website is meant for business visitors, not players.
We treat your information with care and respect. By visiting or using any part of this website, you acknowledge that you have read this policy.
Information we collect
2.1Information you give us
When you contact us through a form on this website, we ask for the details below. We use them to reply to you, provide the information or support you asked for, keep accurate records of our conversations with you and, where relevant, take steps towards entering into a contract with you. We rely on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business and website, or on taking pre-contract steps at your request.
| Where | What we collect |
|---|---|
| “Contact Us” form | Name, Telegram, WhatsApp or WeChat ID, email address, business type, the products you are interested in and your message. You choose which contact channel to give. |
| Free SEO audit form | Name, contact details, your website address, target markets and your message. |
| Email and Telegram | Whatever you choose to send us when you write to sales@ssggaming.com or message @ssgsales on Telegram. |
Each form also records the language version of the page you used, so we can reply in your language.
2.2Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are viewed and which buttons or links are clicked. This information is statistical, and we do not use it to identify you. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) to deliver the website and keep it secure. See our Cookies Policy for details.
How we use the information we collect
We use, store and process the information described in section 2.1 to:
- answer your enquiry, prepare demos, proposals and quotations, and manage our business relationship with you;
- contact you about our products, services and industry events where you can meet our team;
- understand which of our services interest you, so that the marketing we send is relevant to you, and measure and improve it.
For marketing, we rely on our legitimate interest in offering products and services that may interest you, or on your consent where the law requires it. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying “unsubscribe”, following the instructions in the message, or emailing sales@ssggaming.com.
Cookies
For information on what cookies and similar technologies are and how we use them, including Google Analytics and the setting that remembers your chosen language, please read our full Cookies Policy.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. In certain circumstances, we may share or disclose it as described below.
5.1Legal obligations, preventing harm and protecting our rights
We may disclose your information to courts, law enforcement or government authorities, or to authorised third parties, where the law requires or allows it, or where it is reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with our legal obligations; (ii) respond to legal process or claims made against us; or (iii) respond to requests about a criminal investigation or suspected illegal activity that could expose us, you or other users to legal liability. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting our legal rights and our business.
5.2Service providers
We use trusted service providers to run this website and our communications, including website hosting and form handling (Netlify), web analytics (Google Analytics), web fonts (Google Fonts), visitor-country lookup on our payment coverage page (ipapi.co) and business email (Zoho Mail). They may be located in different countries. They have access only to the information they need, and they may use it only on our behalf and for the purposes described in this policy. Contact us for the current list of providers that process your data.
Some pages let you open free game demos supplied by game providers (for example JILI and Pragmatic Play). These demos load from the provider’s own website, and the provider’s privacy policy applies to them.
5.3Group companies
We may share your information with companies in our group, where reasonably necessary for the purposes and on the legal bases described in this policy.
5.4Aggregated data
We may share aggregated or anonymised information that no longer identifies any individual, for example for market analysis, reporting or business planning.
5.5Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, sale of assets or insolvency, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, or reviewed in preparing for it (for example during due diligence). We will notify you before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies, you may have the right to access, correct, port and delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict some processing. Whether a right applies depends on the case, for example on the type of data, why we hold it and any legal duty to keep it.
To use any of these rights, email sales@ssggaming.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We will try to meet every request, but these rights are not absolute, so in some cases we may have to refuse a request or meet it only in part. If so, we will tell you why.
6.1Correcting your information
You can ask us to correct personal information about you that is inaccurate or incomplete.
6.2Access and portability
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You can also ask to receive certain data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, or ask us to send it to another provider where technically possible.
6.3Retention and deletion
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including any contract with you and our legal obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it, although some laws may require us to keep certain records for longer.
You can ask us to erase your data when we no longer need it, when you withdraw consent (6.4), when you object (6.5), when it was processed unlawfully, or when the law requires erasure. We may keep data where we need it to comply with a legal obligation, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
6.4Withdrawing consent and restricting processing
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time by emailing sales@ssggaming.com and telling us which consent you are withdrawing. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.
You may also ask us to limit how we use your data, in particular where: (i) you dispute its accuracy; (ii) the processing is unlawful but you do not want the data deleted; (iii) we no longer need it, but you need it for a legal claim; or (iv) you have objected (6.5) and we are checking whether our legitimate grounds override yours.
6.5Objecting to processing
Where we rely on our legitimate interests, you can object to the processing. We may continue if we have compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or another lawful basis. You can always object to direct marketing, and to any profiling linked to it, by emailing sales@ssggaming.com or using the opt-out in our messages.
6.6Complaints
You have the right to complain about how we handle your data to the data protection authority in your country (see section 9).
International transfers of your information
We work with operators and partners across Asia, Latin America, Europe and Africa. To do so, we may transfer, store and process your information in countries other than your own, within our group or with the service providers described in section 5.2.
When we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area (EEA) or another region with transfer rules, we take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected to the standard this policy describes. Where required, we rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Contact us for the list of providers outside the EEA that process your data.
Contact us

You can also use the “Contact Us” form on our website.
Filing a complaint
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal data, please tell us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work, or where you believe a breach took place.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
