Mainland China delivery runs on Alibaba Cloud and Wangsu nodes. It needs an ICP filing for the domain and is offered only where your licence and local law allow.
Distance still wins
Pick where your players are and where your server sits. A page needs about four round trips before the first byte: DNS, TCP, TLS and the request.
Estimate from great-circle distance: light in fibre covers about 200 km per millisecond, real routes run about 1.5 times longer, and the edge is assumed in the player's metro. We measure your real figures in the audit.
